What to do in the morning
Breakfast is the part where we left each day journey, some in school, someone at work or at home, it is important to properly launch a morning.
To have a nice day as it is important that every day before 10am in the morning should apply these main actions:
Set your daily goal
In the quiet of the day, before you begin to act, plan the day focusing on three goals you want to accomplish. Make these goals priorities of the day. When you plan out for the day, you are more likely to feel productive in the end.
Listen to music
Start the day listening to music will not only make you wake up more easily. A 2013 study found that music makes you feel good. According to the researchers, the two most important benefits of listening to music are 'regulation of mood' and consciousness.
Make an extension
It is good to start the day doing some extension exercises, as this will help you to wake up fully. American Journal of Sports Medicine suggests add a sequence of exercises in the morning light.
Smile
Start the day with a smile from the bathroom mirror. Smiling will have a positive effect on your overall attitude and well-being. Smiling makes you more approachable and show you the most reliable.
