Anti gray hair
When you start seeing gray hair, in the twenties this may seem symbolic to you. Maybe for you it symbolizes aging, over time, gain wisdom, or your mortality.

- Vitamin B12. Since deficiency of this vitamin can cause premature gray hair, be sure to get this vitamin in sufficient amounts. If you do not eat animal products, it is important to fill this vitamin or eat foods that are fortified with it.
- Raw food diet. Many raw food proponents have claimed that their hair began to turn gray original color after it had applied to raw food diet.
- Foods rich in copper. Researchers have found that people who turned gray prematurely have lower levels of copper than those who did not turned gray prematurely. Therefore, eat more foods rich in copper, such as green vegetables, nuts, beans, bananas, avocados and grapes.
